Early civilizations living on this planet understood- the SUN and it's "rays" (angles) were the source of the "life force" (vibrations) which stimulated all manifestations of life to bloom forth and grow. They also understood that after several months (MOONS) of abundant sunshine, warm weather and long days (spring & summer), these life giving "rays" (angles) would gradually diminish resulting in longer nights, colder weather conditions and the end of the plants' life cycle (fall & winter). Finally, they understood that after enduring several months (MOONS) of the long cold nights, the SUN would eventually "rise again" and it's life giving rays (angles) would return bringing warmth, longer sun filled days and the return (renewal) of the plant life cycle (the return of the "life force").

Studying the apparent "path" of the SUN across the sky and the phases of the MOON over long periods of time provided vital information which lead to knowledge of the EARTH'S rotation and the observation and measurement of solar and lunar patterns (cycles). The length of a day was measured. The length of a year was observed and defined. Vast spans of cyclical patterns (time) were observed and recorded. With this knowledge MAN could keep track of the passage of observable time (his own time). SUN dials (clocks) were created, calendars aligned to the stars were constructed and observed for generations unknown to current MAN. This "knowledge of the stars" was an invaluable resource with many practical applications such as the planning of crop planting/harvesting, seasonal migration and general knowledge of predictable weather patterns and cycles (seasons). This allowed for settlements, cities and ultimately societies/civilizations to grow and flourish across the most habitable regions of the planet.

      It is this knowledge of observable "solar patterns" which led to the observation (discovery) of the equinoxes and solstices which when mapped to a circle (the circle representing the observable path of the SUN across the sky) form the "solar cross". The solar cross naturally divides this circle in to 4 equal parts which can represent the 4 seasons (esoterically representing the four elements: fire, air, water, earth). During the course of this "solar year" (starting and ending at the Spring Equinox) there are 12 complete MOON cycles (approx 29.5 days) observed which can further divide the circle into 12 parts.

 

      

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

     

      

     

   

 With the position and path of the SUN being so important to human life on this planet, a system was developed to monitor and keep track of the SUN'S journey across the ever drifting night skies. The location on the horizon where the SUN would rise each morning was noted as well as which "grouping of stars" was behind the SUN as it rose every morning. These groupings of stars (constellations) would slowly drift along behind the rising SUN one by one as the SUN travels back and forth along the horizon (as the tilted Earth orbits around the SUN) until returning back to the beginning of the cycle. Identifying these groupings of stars within the 12 divisions as the SUN travels across them is the foundation of what will become known as the "12 zodiac signs". Please take note that it is the SUN and it's POSITION (angle) which hold more significance than the actual groupings of stars themselves (constellations). (For birth charts the positions of the SUN and MOON weigh first followed by the positions of the planets.)

In Esoteric Astrology there existed a science which associates the 12 zodiacs with 12 areas of the HUMAN body starting at the Head (cerebrum) with the Spring Equinox  Aries (ram, lamb). Indeed, it is the science and study of "astrology" which predates and serves as the inspiration and foundation of all other theologies, dogmas and ideologies which still exist today. Long before the "12 this" or the "12 that" there was the 12 lunar cycles, the solar cross and thus the 12 "signs of the zodiac". You'll do well to remember this.

      In 1873 a German scientist Dr. Wilhelm Schussler established the theory which became the basis of the science known as Biochemistry. While studying the ashes of human remains Dr. Schussler discovered 12 inorganic mineral (petra, stone) compounds or "tissue salts" (also known as cell salts). These cell salts are responsible for the building and maintaining of the physical HUMAN beth (house, body).  The science of Biochemistry teaches us that the blood is the basic material of which the HUMAN beth is continuously created. If the blood is lacking or deficient (sin) in one or more of these cell salts, an imbalance occurs causing a disturbance in the chemical action of the blood which can produce ailments such as pains, fever, sickness and disease. Only when the blood contains the proper amount of these cell salts will the blood be chemically balanced and the curative and rejuvenative powers of the HUMAN beth will carry on.

     Dr. George W. Carey (1845-1924) was an esoteric scientist who studied biochemistry and was a student of the OCCULT (hidden) sciences of astrology and physiology. Dr. Carey believed, along with many other modern alchemists, that the HOLY BIBLE  is "a compilation of scientific facts- a collection of alchemical and astrological writings, allegories and parables dealing with the chemical, physiological, anatomical and astrological operations of the human body." Dr. Carey also affirmed that Etymology (the study of the origin of words and the way in which their meanings have changed throughout history) was the key to unlocking and understanding the lessons and teachings contained within the writings, allegories and parables which make up the HOLY BIBLE. Through his research and practice Dr. Carey developed a system which allocates each of the 12 cell salts to one of the 12 signs of the zodiac.

        The science of Etymology teaches us that one of the most misunderstood and wrongly interpreted words is the word "sin" which comes from "schin" the 21st letter in the Hebrew alphabet and means to "fall short of completeness" or "incomplete, lacking, deficient". The HUMAN embryo grows inside the mother for 9 months (moons) and thus falls short of completing a full 12 month (moons) cycle or "solar year" which was considered a "perfect, completed cycle (circle)" . Therefore, where it is written that "man is born in sin", what that statement is actually trying to communicate is the fact that the growing embryo receives the solar vibrations (angles) and corresponding nutrition and cell salts (minerals) via the mother's umbilical cord during the 9 months spent in the female laboratory and is therefore lacking or deficient of the remaining 3 months spent outside of the womb after birth. As 12 months is considered a "perfect, completed cycle (circle)", we can see how the the HUMAN beth is said to be "born in sin".

(The phrase "the sins of the father" can now be understood and should also be taken in to consideration.)

    Dr. Carey believed that it is the responsibility of each of us to supply the deficient minerals associated with the 3 month gap between the point of birth and conception. Generally speaking a person would be deficient in the cell salts associated with the 3 months after birth and in many cases also be deficient in the birth salt as well. For example- someone who was born under the SUN in Cancer would be deficient in the salts associated with Leo, Virgo and Libra (and possibly Cancer as well). They would need to supply the blood with the cell salts of Mag-Phos (magnesium phosphate), Kali-Sulph (potassium sulfate), and Nat-Phos (sodium phosphate).
